We are BAKO

Founded in 1994, the BAKO group can proudly look back on more than 30 years of company history.

Our company headquarters and production facilities have been located in Eisenberg in the Palatinate in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region since 2003. We consciously rely on the location Germany to ensure the highest standards in all areas of our production and logistics and to offer our customers and partners quality, precision and reliability.

We place particular emphasis on comprehensive quality management and strict final inspections to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

One company – one family

Under the leadership of founder and managing director Ulrich Koch and managing director Beate Koch, the BAKO group, with its approx. 90 employees, continues to grow: In addition to BAKO Systemintegration GmbH & Co. KG and BAKO Logistiksysteme GmbH & Co. KG, BAKO Protaurus GmbH & Co. KG has also been part of the group since 2023.

As an owner-managed family business, we are independent and flexible in our decisions. This is of particular benefit to our customers, suppliers and employees, who can rely on our full support and loyalty. And we want to keep it that way: the second generation, Felix and Moritz Koch, have also been working in the family business for many years. This means that the BAKO group will remain in family hands in the future.

The BAKO group in dates

1994 – BAKO Montageservice was founded in April 1994

1996 – Relocation to a larger building in Bad Dürkheim

2001 – Construction of a new company building in Eisenberg (Pfalz)

2003 – Relocation to Eisenberg

2005 – Establishment of BAKO Systemintegration GmbH & Co. KG

2008 – Development of the logistics systems department and establishment of foam      processing

2010 – Construction of the 2nd production hall in Eisenberg

2012 – Entry into the automotive packaging sector

2017 – Corporate spin-off of BAKO Logistiksysteme GmbH & Co. KG

2020 – First construction phase of hall 3

2023 – Takeover of the companies Stablox, Haneu and Protaurus

              Extension of hall 3

2024 – Establishment of BMC Solutions d.o.o. in Slovenia
